If the order is failed to pick up within 2 weeks:
1. A storage fee will be charged;
2. Will be returning to Neato's warehouse, operation charge maybe occur
If the order is failed to pick up within 2 months, NeatoHK has right to dispose the order.

- Buildings without lift or product can only access through staircases, first 2 floors are free and then $50 per floor up to 6 floors
- The supplier provides delivery of goods to customers in Hong Kong, Kowloon, and the New Territories, Free delivery do not apply on Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Park Island, Tung Chung and outlying islands.
- Extra delivery charges for the above locations will be charged during delivery: HK$200 delivery fee for each item to Discovery Bay. HK$100 delivery fee for each item to Tung Chung. HK$50 delivery fee for each item to Ma Wan and Park Island.
- Please indicate your name, phone number and pick up / delivery location when you take an order.
- Delivery will be delayed if the inclement weather is in effect ( Black Rainstorm or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Above).
- If you are not available to receive your order, our delivery staff / SF express shall contact you or leave you a notice and will arrange the delivery again. If we / SF express unable to deliver the package successfully or contact you over 3 times, your order will not be delivered again. Customer will need to contact SF Express for further arrangement and extra fee may be charged. Any package failed to deliver will not refund.
- After the order shipped out, customer will need to contact SF Express regarding any changes needed for the delivery. Neato will not responsible for any additional charge regarding the changes.
- Neato is not responsible for any damages of your items incurred during delivery.
- Please check all orders immediately after receiving to ensure all items are well-received or no defaced item. Please contact us at once by sending email to firstname.lastname@example.org if there is any error or defaced items (Vandalism is Not Included). No exchanges will be accepted after 7 working days from the received date.
